Jeff is the Managing Partner at Flex Capital and leads the Flex investment team. Prior to Flex, Jeff was an investor at Battery Ventures for 7 years, investing across sectors and stages. Most recently, Jeff spearheaded the firm’s consumer growth efforts, making multiple notable investments in marketplaces.
At Flex Capital, Jeff is passionate about taking learnings from consumer products and applying them to enterprise software businesses to achieve product led growth.
Jeff’s personal and historical investments include Coinbase, Niantic, GetYourGuide, StockX, Flexport, 6Sense, Wag, SpotHero, and Earnest
Auren is the co-founder and CEO of SafeGraph. Auren is a serial entrepreneur and has founded several companies in his career. Most notably, he was the founding CEO of LiveRamp.
The company was acquired by Acxiom (ACXM) for $310M in 2014 and achieved $100M in ARR shortly after the acquisition. LiveRamp (now NYSE:RAMP) recorded $280m+ of revenue in 2019.
Auren is also the co-founder of Dialog, is an active angel investor with over 100 investments and is the host of World of DaaS, a podcast for data enthusiasts.
Tod is the co-founder and CEO of Pipedream. He previously served as Founder and CEO of BrightRoll between 2006 and 2014. Tod led the company to an acquisition by Yahoo! for $640M. He then served as Vice President, Display and Video Advertising Products of Yahoo until 2017.
Under Tod’s leadership, BrightRoll scaled the business to $300m+ of revenue and reached profitability in 2012. After the acquisition, the company integrated legacy assets from Yahoo! and drove over $1.5B in revenue through the platforms in 2016.
Tod is an active angel investor with over 50 investments.
Karyn is the Head of IR at Flex Capital. Prior to joining Flex, she was responsible for IR and fundraising at several PE and hedge fund managers, including 3G Capital and Stelliam.
Karyn started her career as an investor, initially as an equity analyst at PGGM Investments and later as an allocator at Access Industries and the Brown University endowment. She graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
Mario is a Partner on the Flex Investment team and focuses on investments in Enterprise Software and Data, Dev-Tools & Open Source. He also oversees the Flex portfolio and supports our founders with GTM and Growth advice.
Prior to joining Flex, Mario worked as a Head of Growth for several Enterprise Software companies such as Pusher and GitBook, where he built and scaled Go-To-Market teams. Mario holds a BBA from Hult International Business School.
Rajal is a Partner on the Flex investment team and focuses on Enterprise and Vertical Software investments from seed to series B. He also oversees the research function at Flex, focusing on emerging market trends.
Prior to joining Flex, Rajal worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and on the NBA's innovation team where he led several strategic projects. Rajal holds a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Lily is the Head of Data at Flex Capital. She runs the Flex sourcing engine and builds GTM systems for the team. She's also an associate on the Flex Investment team.
Before joining Flex, Lily spent 4 years at Tessian building and scaling their go-to-market infrastructure. She saw the company grow from Seed to Series B and built their marketing engine, generating the majority of Tessian's sales pipeline. Lily holds a bachelor’s in Human Geography from the University of Exeter.
Abby is Flex’s Finance and Operations Manager. She oversees the firm's accounting, audit, tax, and administration teams and manages internal operational matters.
Before joining Flex Capital, Abby was an Accounting Manager at Aduro Advisors, where she supported various venture capital firms, from first-time fund managers to firms with 20+ entities. Abby holds a bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
