Flex Capital is proud to have participated in PiLogic's $4 million seed round led by Scout Ventures and Seraphim Space, with participation from Sovereign's Capital, FN Fund, and super-angel Gokul Rajaram. Founded by CEO Johannes Waldstein, CTO Mark Chavira, and CRO Geoff Bough, PiLogic is pioneering "exact AI" for the aerospace, spacetech, and defense industries.
What PiLogic Does
- Exact AI built for no-fail missions. PiLogic's inference engine combines logical and probabilistic reasoning, search, and machine learning to deliver mathematically precise answers — faster and more accurate than LLMs on key problems, without huge datasets or GPUs.
- AI that runs on the edge. Because it uses drastically less compute, exact AI can be deployed directly on remote devices like satellites and aircraft — no additional hardware required.
- Proven first models in radar and diagnostics. PiLogic's radar model tracks and classifies objects in 3D space several times more effectively than existing solutions, while its NASA-validated power-system model predicts component health and remediates in near real time.
