Auren is a General Partner at Flex Capital and the CEO of SafeGraph. Auren is a serial entrepreneur and has founded several companies in his career. Most notably, he was the founding CEO of LiveRamp.
The company was acquired by Acxiom (ACXM) for $310M in 2014 and achieved $100M in ARR shortly after the acquisition. LiveRamp (now NYSE:RAMP) recorded $280m+ of revenue in 2019.
Auren is also the co-founder of Dialog, is an active angel investor with over 100 investments and is the host of World of DaaS, a podcast for data enthusiasts.
Tod is a General Partner at Flex Capital and the CEO of Pipedream. He previously served as Founder and CEO of BrightRoll between 2006 and 2014. Tod led the company to an acquisition by Yahoo! for $640M. He then served as Vice President, Display and Video Advertising Products of Yahoo until 2017.
Under Tod’s leadership, BrightRoll scaled the business to $300m+ of revenue and reached profitability in 2012. After the acquisition, the company integrated legacy assets from Yahoo! and drove over $1.5B in revenue through the platforms in 2016.
Tod is an active angel investor with over 50 investments.
Paul is a General Partner at Flex Capital and runs the fund full-time. He previously founded Lemonaid Health, a first-of-its-kind telehealth platform that reshaped access to healthcare in the US and UK. As CEO Paul led the company to a $400M acquisition by 23andMe in 2021.
Between 2021 and 2023 Paul led the consumer business and P&L at 23andMe ($275M revenue). Paul taught himself to code while at high school when he launched his first business. He later ran large growth, marketing, product and innovation teams. After the Lemonaid acquisition he has been coaching CEO/founders and has served on the board of public and private companies.
Rajal is a Partner on the Flex investment team and focuses on Enterprise and Vertical Software investments from seed to series B. He also oversees the research function at Flex, focusing on emerging market trends.
Prior to joining Flex, Rajal worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and on the NBA's innovation team where he led several strategic projects.
Lily is a Principal at Flex Capital, focusing on Data, Sales and Marketing software and AI. Lily also runs the Flex sourcing engine and builds GTM systems for the team.
Before joining Flex, Lily spent 4 years at Tessian building and scaling their go-to-market infrastructure. She saw the company grow from Seed to Series B and built their marketing engine, generating the majority of Tessian's sales pipeline.
Sushant is a Principal at Flex Capital focused on Developer tools, Enterprise SaaS and AI. Sushant also oversees the venture partner program at Flex.
Prior to Flex, Sushant worked at Spotify building out new business lines and at various startups (SafeGraph, Humming Homes, The St. James) wearing multiple hats. Sushant started his career in leveraged finance.
James Pipe is the VP of Finance and Operations at Flex Capital. Previously, he was the Director of Finance and Operations at InterPrivate.
He has been a finance and operations professional at alternative asset management firms throughout his career, previously serving as a member of the finance team at Google Ventures, the venture capital arm of Alphabet. Before Google Ventures, James was the Controller at Sherpa Capital, a San Francisco based venture capital firm, where he oversaw the finance, operations, legal, human resources, and information technology functions of the firm.
James received a B.A. in Economics from New York University, where he studied on a National Merit Scholarship.
