Keith Rabois: Why Startups Need Undiscovered Talent

Keith Rabois has been a founder and senior operator at some of the most innovative companies of the last 20 years, including Paypal, Square, Opendoor, and LinkedIn.

He’s currently the CEO of OpenStore and a general partner at Founders Fund (which makes him one of the most high-profile Dual Threat CEOs out there).

Keith and I discuss one of the things he’s best known for: finding incredible talent and spotting incredible companies at very early stages. He breaks down what qualities he looks for in individuals and teams with the potential for huge success.

Keith also explains his process as a Dual Threat CEO— how he thinks about investing and advising companies and why sitting on “too many” boards is the right move.
